Return Policy

Owliss will accept return requests within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days we can not process a return or exchange.

  • Returned merchandise cannot be dirty or used. It must be in new, unused, resell-able condition.
  • If an item is returned for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship, there will be a 10% restocking charge in addition to the customer paying the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • Customer must contact us before return an item. We are not responsible for items lost due to lack of authorization.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping the product back.
